Recipe
1. Brown the bacon lardons in a pan and let them cool.
2. Slice the belgian endives lengthwise, remove the hard and bitter core, then finely chop the leaves.
3. Thinly slice the radishes and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
4. Cut the Comté cheese into small cubes.
5. Mix all the ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
6. In a glass, mix the mustard, olive oil, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and pour over the salad just before serving.
