Recipe
1. Peel the parsnips and cut them into slices, not too thin.
2. Cook the parsnips for about 8 minutes in boiling water. Drain them and pat them dry well, then place them in a bowl and coat them with olive oil, stirring.
3. Place the parsnips in the air fryer basket for about 20/25 minutes at 190 °C (375 °F) or in a convection oven. They should turn golden and become crispy.
4. Serve as a side dish with a pinch of salt.
